Mid February, and still no significant snowfall this season… Bummer right?
As hopeful as we can be of some big storms to help us out, we remain diligent in our filming efforts. Over the past two weeks we have ventured out numerous times in search of any decent snow. We caught a few sleeper pow days early last week, only to be followed up by multiple sunny springlike days. The warmer days definitely took their toll on the already rough conditions in the backcountry. Many of the locations we have been trying to film in have been solid ice, so we consider ourselves lucky to get some dust on that crust.
We are watching the weather intently for this week as well. It’s looking like there is some possible snow in the forecast for the early portion of the week before yet another warm up with rain is headed our way. Seems to be the trending pattern here in the Northeast this season. With any luck the temps will stay low enough for any of that moisture headed our way to fall in the frozen form.
This past week has been a busy one, and we expect things to continue in this trend. We are trying to get out as much as possible in hopes of finding some epicness. That said, we were not able to update the site last week, however we did post a new Clip Of The Week. Here are the two most recent video segments!
