As a team, GMR riders have been ripping through the Green Mountains and documenting these experiences for years. The riders take on the challenge of riding the most remote locations, incorporating a style heavily influenced by years of park riding into their riding deep in the mountains of Vermont.
Our First full length film “Rip the Greens”, was released in the fall of 2011. Showcasing all of GMR’s riders shredding never-before-seen stashes of Green Mountain backcountry. This is an all human powered documentary, featuring some of the most dedicated backcountry snowboarders in the east.
As of December 2012 we have also released our second full length and completely human powered film “Reveling In Secrets”. In this film our crew takes you through some incredible powder, tight trees, icy chutes, even jibs atop the highest terrain in VT. We even take you through the rare but possible east coast avalanche.
